👋 I’m Kevin. As founding designer and Head of Product Design at Firefly Health, I spent the last six years transforming an ambitious mission into a successful virtual-first primary care and health plan. I designed Firefly’s member-facing app and provider-facing CRM from scratch, led design research and strategy, and created everything from onboarding flows to provider tools. I wore a lot of different hats and loved every minute.
